Before You Book

Who can book

Yugawara New Paradise is by referral only. Reservations can be made only by those introduced by us, or by guests who have stayed with us before.

Number of guests

Reservations start from 6 adults, and the rate varies with the number of guests. Bookings for fewer than 6 guests are possible, but will be charged as 6 (please enter 6 on the reservation page). Children of elementary school age and younger stay free.

Changing the number of guests

To change the number of guests, please cancel your reservation once and book again with the new number (no cancellation fee until 23:59 two days before). If the number of guests is not yet fixed, please book with a provisional number, then cancel and rebook once it is confirmed. Due to our reservation system, changes to the number of guests are accepted until two days before. If you need to make a change the day before for unavoidable reasons such as illness, please contact us at support@newparadise.jp.

Date changes and cancellations

To change your dates, please cancel your current reservation and book again (no cancellation fee until 23:00 two days before). If you decide not to come, please cancel as early as possible.

About the facilities

• ・The lounge is semi-outdoor. While we have a wood stove and air conditioning, to be honest, it can be hot in midsummer and cold in winter. (Each cabin has air conditioning and is comfortable.)
• ・As we are located in nature, there are many insects during the warmer seasons.
• ・There are some uneven surfaces on the property. Please be careful, especially on the stairs leading to the cabins.
• ・There are no toilets inside the cabins. Please use the toilets in the lounge or spa, about 10 meters away.
• ・Please bring your own pajamas and toothbrush. (One bath towel and one face towel are provided per person.)
• ・Check-in is at 12:00 and check-out is also at 12:00.
• ・The parking area holds up to 4 cars. From the 5th car onwards, you can park in the adjacent parking space for 500 yen per car. (Excluding the Yugawara Plum Blossom Festival period. Please put the fee in the payment box.)
